GOLD LEVEL: Payment plan for one [1] 10-14 days "Wonder of the World" Luxury trip per year

* This level is a $750 per month subscription plan
SILVER LEVEL:
Payment plan for one [1] 5-7 days trip per year
* Pre-travel box and swag
* Advance notification of the upcoming new tours
* This level is a $500 per month subscription plan
After your initial installment, you will be contacted by the MedQueen team to select your desired travel destinations. And if you don't know just now, don't worry you can choose a tour at any time as long as there is availability. Remember most of the trips are limited to 12-18 persons.
**If you are unable to travel within the designated year, your trip will rollover to the next year but only for one (1) additional year.**
All members will receive a welcome travel gift and travel newsletter.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancel upon written request only, you may forfeit trip access if cancel before 8 months of payment. No refund after 24 hours of payment for the current month; cancellation must be received before the next monthly payment. Once membership is cancelled, there is a one (1) year waiting period to rejoin.

I authorize MedQueen LLC to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of MedQueen LLC. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
